Purchase & Delivery

Use our configurator to build your Outranger and calculate the price of your preferred configuration. The displayed price is the final price for your selected trailer, with no additional dealer, documentation, or hidden fees. Optional delivery charges are handled separately.

To place a preorder, click the Preorder button and complete the form. Within two business days, we will send you the bank details and instructions needed to submit the 20% preorder deposit by ACH or wire transfer.

After placing your preorder, you will have an additional 10-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may change the exterior color, adjust your selected options, finalize the configuration, or cancel the preorder and receive a refund of your deposit, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the bank or payment provider.

At the end of the 10-day period, your configuration will be confirmed and the deposit will become non-refundable. You will then receive an Outranger Build Certificate listing your finalized configuration, purchase price, scheduled completion date, assigned serial number, and VIN.

Our current production lead time is up to six months from the date we receive your deposit. When your trailer is ready, we will contact you to arrange the remaining 80% payment. Final balance payments are accepted only by ACH bank transfer. Once the payment is completed, we can schedule a convenient time for pickup or delivery.

If your trailer is completed ahead of schedule, you will not need to pick it up immediately. You may complete the final payment and take delivery at any time through the original six-month production period, plus an additional 30 days after the scheduled completion date.

Sales Tax and Registration

Sales tax is not included in the purchase price. You will pay any applicable sales or use tax when registering the trailer with your local DMV.

The tax amount is generally based on the rates and requirements of the state and local area where you live and register the trailer. Registration procedures and tax rules may vary by state, so we recommend confirming the requirements with your local DMV.

Once your camper is ready, you can pick it up at our pickup location in Tigard, Oregon, or have it delivered anywhere in the United States.

At pickup or delivery, you will receive the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) and Bill of Sale. You will use these documents to title and register the trailer with your local DMV.

Please note that the sale is completed through our Oregon-registered dealer. For this reason, Oregon will be listed as the state of sale on the Bill of Sale and other applicable purchase documents.

Delivery

We provide free delivery within Washington and Oregon.

Delivery to other states is available for $0.95 per mile. The delivery distance is calculated using the shortest practical driving route from ZIP code 97223 in Tigard, Oregon, to your delivery location.

You may also arrange transportation through a third-party carrier. We will coordinate directly with the carrier and prepare the camper for pickup.

Every Outranger is backed by two warranty programs designed to make service simple, whether you live near our service shop or across the country:

• 2-Year Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty
• 2-Year Component Exchange Warranty

Factory-installed appliances and optional equipment also come with their own manufacturer warranties.

2-Year Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty

For two years from the date of delivery, our bumper-to-bumper warranty covers the camper and all equipment installed by us.

If you experience a covered issue, bring your Outranger to our service shop in Pacific, Washington, and we will repair or replace the affected component.

2-Year Component Exchange Warranty

We know that many Outranger owners may live far from our service shop. That is why every camper also includes our Component Exchange Warranty.

If you cannot bring your camper to us, we will ship the required replacement part or component.

Components such as the batteries, inverter, propane cooktop, charge controllers, heater, air conditioner, and refrigerator also include warranties from their original manufacturers.

Depending on the product and your location, the equipment may be serviced through the manufacturer's authorized service network or exchanged directly through us.

If there is no suitable authorized service center in your area, we will exchange the equipment unit and ship a replacement.

Replacing a Component Near You

Replacement parts and equipment can be installed by a local repair shop or by the owner if they have the necessary experience.

Labor performed by an independent repair shop is not included with the Component Exchange Warranty.

We provide detailed removal and installation instructions with replacement components. The Outranger is designed so that any component or piece of equipment can be replaced easily, quickly, and conveniently.
